What is the storyline of the vineyard scavenger hunt?
More than just an escape game in Bully, we offer a complete and immersive adventure that’s both fun and educational. It’s a chance to learn more about local history and the estate’s activities.
The natural setting of the Beaujolais vineyards offers a unique backdrop, perfect for outdoor scavenger hunts. This escape game set in a vineyard features a thrilling storyline and puzzles to be solved as a team.
Here’s the story behind the game: Professor Martin, the chief archaeologist, is leading a Gallo-Roman excavation site in Bully. An ancient text mentions the presence of a treasure buried somewhere on the estate. The players’ mission: to help the professor find the treasure of the Last Amphora before it’s looted!
How does an outdoor escape game work?
The concept is simple: with one smartphone per group, players explore the vineyards. Along the way, they meet endearing characters and discover unusual places, all within a preserved natural setting. As they make their way through the vineyards, the answers to the puzzles gradually reveal the secret of the last amphora…
To play, all you need is:
- a smartphone that is 70% charged, with an Internet connection and location services enabled;
- a pair of shoes suitable for walking;
- clothing appropriate for the weather;
- a hat or cap and a water bottle in the summer.
What other activities are offered in addition to the vineyard tour?
At the end of the game, the team is invited to a guided tasting of five wines from the estate. Children are served fruit juice. These drinks can be accompanied by a Beaujolais platter to share, featuring cold cuts, cheeses, and a dessert. Thus, the treasure hunt through the vineyards combines a walk, puzzle-solving, and the discovery of local products.
You can also combine an escape game with an off-road electric scooter ride starting from the Bully go-kart track. The ride takes about 2 hours round-trip and is open to children ages 6 and up. A tour of the wine cellars with a wine tasting can be arranged.
For the electric scooter and escape room outing, you can take advantage of a special price of X euros per person.
This activity is offered from April through October, weather permitting. It is organized by reservation for:
