Team building Lyon outdoor: a unifying outdoor experience
Are you looking for a team-building activity in Lyon that’s truly out of the ordinary? In Bully, about 20 minutes from Lyon, Karting Évasion brings together go-karting, laser tag, all-terrain electric scooters, and inflatable games all in one place. For your outdoor team-building event in Lyon, everything takes place on-site—even the meal. Your employees will tackle one challenge after another, then gather around the table.
Why organize an outdoor team building event in Lyon?
Getting out of the office makes all the difference. Away from the conference room, your employees can enjoy a natural setting nestled between the Monts du Lyonnais and the Beaujolais region. This change of scenery encourages open communication and shakes up daily routines.
The great outdoors also offers a real change of scenery. An escape game or an indoor venue keeps participants confined within four walls. Outdoors, your teams have more space, freedom to move, and fresh air. Participants move around, laugh, and challenge each other together. Team spirit then develops naturally, without any forced exercises.
An outdoor team-building activity helps strengthen team cohesion and boost everyone’s motivation. Shared challenges create shared memories that people love to talk about back at the office. Another benefit: the activities are accessible to everyone, summer and winter alike. Whether you’re athletic or not, a beginner or an expert, there’s something for everyone.
What are the best team building activities on offer?
At Karting Évasion, we focus on variety. You put together your own program, and then the groups rotate from one workshop to another depending on group size. This rotation keeps the event moving and engages every participant.
- Karting: Get behind the wheel on our 400-meter outdoor track, featuring 9 turns and a straightaway. Whether it’s a time trial or a team endurance race, competition brings everyone together.
- Outdoor laser tag: Up to 12 players compete at the same time. Strategy, communication, and lots of laughter are guaranteed.
- All-terrain electric scooters (Trotrx): Take a guided tour through the Monts du Lyonnais and southern Beaujolais. A unique way to explore the region as a group.
- Inflatable games: bungee jumping, human foosball, boxing ring, sumo wrestling… Fun activities that lighten the mood.
That’s the whole point of a multi-activity team-building event. Every employee finds an activity that suits them. And the group shares several experiences in a single day.
An ideal place to strengthen team cohesion
Here, mealtime is a real highlight. Our on-site dining service lets you extend your day in a relaxed atmosphere, without leaving the premises. No transportation arrangements are needed, and there are no additional reservations to make.
As for our menu options, we offer barbecue meals as well as charcuterie and cheese platters to share. Would you like to celebrate your teams’ arrival? We can arrange a personalized welcome with a glass of wine. This time spent at the table is just as important as the competition itself: conversations continue, and bonds are strengthened.
